These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by Nationwide Intensive Driving Limited, trading as Nationwide Intensive Driving (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking any course or service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

2.2 Driving lessons via independent instructors
2.3 Assistance with locating and securing earlier driving test dates
2.4 We are not affiliated with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).
3. Driving Test Bookings
Driving tests are conducted by the DVSA and remain the responsibility of the learner
We may assist in finding earlier test dates but do not guarantee availability or specific timeframes
Test dates may be changed or cancelled by the DVSA at any time, and we are not liable for such changes
4. No Guarantee of Test Dates or Passes
We do not guarantee earlier test dates
We do not guarantee that you will pass your driving test
Success depends on individual ability, effort, and external factors
5. Booking and Payment
Payment (full or deposit) is required to secure your booking
By making payment, you agree to these Terms
Prices may vary based on location, instructor availability, and demand
6. Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel within 14 days under UK consumer law
If services begin within this period, you may lose your right to a full refund
Any work already carried out may be chargeable
7. Instructor Allocation
Instructors are self-employed and operate independently
We will make reasonable efforts to match you with a suitable instructor
We reserve the right to change instructors where necessary
Instructor availability is not guaranteed
8. Lesson Attendance and Conduct
Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
Missed or late-cancelled lessons are non-refundable
Late arrival may result in reduced lesson time
Instructors may terminate lessons due to unsafe or inappropriate behaviour
9. Course Validity
Courses must be used within a reasonable time period (typically 3–6 months unless agreed otherwise)
Unused lessons may expire without refund
10. Cancellations and Refunds
10.1 Customer Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing
Deposits are non-refundable
Refunds may be subject to deductions including:
Administrative costs
Lessons already taken
Work completed in securing test bookings
Short-notice cancellations may result in additional charges
10.2 Company Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances
Where appropriate, an alternative or refund may be offered
11. Test Readiness and Instructor Authority
The instructor has the authority to assess whether a learner is ready for test
If not ready, they may recommend postponement
We are not responsible for test delays due to readiness concerns
12. Delays and Availability
Course timing and test finding may be affected by demand, instructor availability, and DVSA delays
We do not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe
No compensation is provided for delays outside our control
13. Liability
We act as an intermediary between learners and independent instructors
We are not liable for instructor actions, test outcomes, or DVSA decisions
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather
Illness
Vehicle breakdown
DVSA disruption
Other events outside our control
15. Data Protection
We process personal data in line with UK GDPR. Data may be shared with instructors only for service delivery.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
